How do I login to Opticom Sign Post Services?

If you have an account with Opticom, please login by clicking here You will be directed to a screen that shows a login and password for you to enter your account and view all of your orders, place orders, call orders down, check your invoices, check your sign panels, request a delivery and much more.

If I am an existing custromer but can't remember my login credentials, what do I do?

How do I contact Opticom?

Opticom has an office staff that is available from 8:00am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Our contact phone number is 408.445.2054. We are here to answer your questions and help you navigate the website and ordering system. Where is the Opticom office located?

We are located at 2170 Oakland Road San Jose, CA 95131. The nearest Major cross street is Montague Expressway. The nearest cross street is Atteberry Lane.

What are the Hours of Operation?

Opticom's office hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. We are closed from 12-1 for lunch. Customer Service Associates are available for accepting orders during this time frame with the exception of 12-1 due to the lunch break. Orders are completed Tuesday through Saturday, excluding major holidays. Drivers are not scheduled to work on Sundays or Mondays.

How long does it take to complete my order?

If your order is received at Opticom by 4:00pm and is within Santa Clara County it will be processed and sent out with a driver the following day for Standard, Premium Single, Metal Condo, Hillsborough and Scroll-Arm Posts. Some cities may be designated "Out of Area" depending on distance and time to install, please contact Opticom to find out what, if any, areas in your listings are classified as "Out of Area". You may also click here. to see the service area which will give the days we perform services. A Premium Double of any type and a Green Monster have a minimum two business day turnaround. Commercial posts are completed after a consultation and agreement has been made ONLY. for Commercial installs, please click here.

How many different types of posts do you offer?

Opticom has a variety of post choices that can be viewed here. You may also click home and view the products section and choose a more refined path.

What is a Green Monster?

The Green Monster is a post for the listings in the Silver Creek area. They are made of wood and painted green with white lettering. The Silver Creek HOA will not allow anything other than this type of post for any house in their community. *

What is the difference between an Opticom Flyer Box and an Agent Flyer Box?

Opticom provides the leasing of Brochure (flyer) boxes for any agent that requests one*. If you place hang your own flyer box onto the post, you must remove your box before ordering the post down, as we will not remove or store individual agent boxes at Opticom. They will be destroyed after five business days if not claimed. A delivery fee will be charged if requested to have your flyer box returned to you**.
